In order to establish proper preventive health care during your puppy's first months of life, Hollywood Pet Hospital offers a vaccination and spay/neuter program.

Payment:
Payment is made at the first visit for the benefits listed below. A savings of 25% is offered to encourage you to start your pet out right with proper health care and vaccine protection.

A vaccination schedule will be discussed with you at your initial visit. This schedule must be closely followed to guarantee maximal vaccine protection.
