Well Kitten Program
Introduction:
In order to establish proper preventive health care during
your kitten's first months of life, Hollywood Pet Hospital
offers a vaccination and spay/neuter program.
Payment:
Payment is made at the first visit for
the benefits listed below. A savings of 25% is offered to
encourage you to start your pet out right with proper health
care and vaccine protection.
Benefits:
- Complete physical examination and consultation on each visit
- Internal parasite check (a bowel movement sample is required)
- Sequential worming for common internal parasites
- Ovariohysterectomy (spay) or neuter
- Pre-surgical blood panel
- Post-surgical injectable pain medication
- FELV/FIV (Feline Leukemia Virus and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) Blood Test
- Microchip and registration

A vaccination schedule will be discussed with you at your initial visit. This schedule must
be closely followed to guarantee maximal vaccine protection.
Items not included:
- Examinations because of illness or accident
- Recheck of fecal examinations
- Any physical examinations, vaccinations, medications, or services not listed or
scheduled above.
